John Page Burton
John is a Leadership Coach, Business Consultant, Facilitator and Writer. With over 20 years of experience working one on one with more than 1,600 clients across 13 countries, John partners with entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders, helping them navigate transition, reinvention, and growth. His coaching is deliberate, highly strategic, and is focused on creating lasting transformation, not just surface-level change.
John is the author of four books, including The End. Turning Life’s Commas Into Periods, a defining framework on boundaries, decision-making, and personal leadership. John studied under Tony Robbins and Chloe Madanes at the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention where he earned his coaching certification in Human Needs Psychology. In addition, John holds coaching certifications in Positive Psychology, Conflict Resolution, and Intercultural Communication.

Diana is a seasoned project management professional with over 25 years of leadership experience at four separate Fortune 100 companies. As a Senior Technology Project Manager, Diana leads cross-functional teams through complex transformations, delivering results while navigating high-stakes environments with clarity and purpose.
In addition, Diana is a women’s leadership coach dedicated to helping women lead with confidence, authenticity, and impact. She combines real-world experience with practical guidance to support women in advancing their careers, stepping into leadership roles, and aligning how they lead with who they are.
